ITP Law assists clients with identifying, comparing and selecting prospective law firms for larger projects. We also support the ongoing instruction and management of external legal resource, as part of our Virtual General Counsel service, where clients don’t have an in-house counsel.

Rarely would an external counsel decision be based purely on lowest cost, and our focus is on ensuring we match clients with the right firm, and the right team for the deal. Nevertheless, we have typically achieved savings for clients of 10-25% by running a competitive selection process.
